Purple Kale Banana Smoothie

1 banana

2 cups chopped kale

1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)

2 raw eggs (optional)

handful of frozen blueberries

tiny bit of raw honey or agave if you want it a little sweeter (optional)

Blend in a blender and enjoy! I was surprised how yummy this ended up being. I drink this after my morning work out for breakfast. You can’t taste the eggs at all.

weekly cheat meal

I allow myself one or two cheat meals a week. You should never deny yourself. Today I had a panera lunch box cause it was free. Asiago roast beef sandwich (didn’t eat the bread), potato chips, and a chocolate chip cookie (YUM). Still not that bad, but definitely eating healthy the rest of the day/week.

Plans for the gym today: sprints and tabata drills on the elliptical (about 20-25 min), full body strength training, ab work. gonna do some asanas before bed, too. feelin good! feeling super motivated lately, love it.
